ABOUT Based and established 2019 in Pittsburgh, PA, Ambient Alchemists is a women owned and operated EDM promotion company. Nicole Sieg, co-founder and owner, leads a team of 20 promoters to host themed events and facilitate tours. With a focus on promoting EDM music, Ambient Alchemists specializes in hosting events that feature bass-heavy EDM acts, with a special emphasis on sub-genres such as experimental deep dub and dubstep. Additionally, they incorporate live instruments into their events to create a unique hybrid experience for attendees.
Over the past four years, Ambient Alchemists has built a strong presence in the Pittsburgh EDM community by hosting more than 40 events. These events have included tours featuring renowned national and international artists such as: LUZCID; The Widdler; KOAN Sound; Josh Teed; and many others.
However, our contribution goes beyond booking headliners. We also prioritize promoting and showcasing local underground and regional EDM talent, ensuring they have opportunities to perform in direct support positions. As a result of our efforts, we have landed opportunities to host takeovers representing that talent at music festivals including Big Dub, Lil Dub, and Deutschtown Music Festival.
Ambient Alchemists also has a history of hosting live-streams and virtual festivals with a range of artists. In 2020, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, they kept the music alive by creating and hosting a weekly live stream called “Live Lab” for 19 consecutive weeks, featuring artists like Scales, EOS, and Lemondoza.

OUR VISION: We are determined to bring you creative compilations of the audio and visual arts and endless nights you won’t forget while simultaneously teaching and practicing safe partying.
OUR GOAL: Harness the transformative power of music; strengthen the bonds within our EDM community; and contribute to the greater good of Pittsburgh. Our endeavors encompass endorsing local and regional artists and allocating a portion of our event earnings and giveaways to benefit local charitable causes.
