Joe Camp started out as just a 16-year-old kid taking photos of Lake Erie shores with a cellphone. Soon after, he found a love for film while making video edits showcasing the talent of his snowboarder and BMX buddies. By 20-years-old, Joe found himself ditching his previously determined dream of building race cars to pursue a more serious commitment to his hobby behind a lens.
He attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute for film and graduated in 2018 with a “DEGREE NAME?”. After working freelance around the Pittsburgh area and filming the action up at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Joe took the next step and started his own company. In January of 2021, Class A Motion Pictures was born. Joe Camp holds music dear to his heart, he values the Pittsburgh music scene, and is hoping to have a hand in helping it grow, while catching every frame along the way.
